ATX HR Branding
ATX HR was quickly growing and becoming a major player and sought after partner as an HR professional organization. They provide everything your typical HR professional organization provides, but they do it in a way that is uniquely Austin and free to its members. Now that membership had topped 1000 and the organization is hitting its stride, the leaders of ATX HR were looking to narrow in on their messaging and develop a brand identity to help them reach the next level of success.
Location: San Antonio, TX
We conducted primary research with members and sponsors to uncover what made the organization special and what kept them all coming back. After that, we crafted a compelling message with four underlying principles, we went to work on a brand identify that represented who they are and where they are headed.
Since ATX HR doesn’t feel like your typical HR professional organization, we wanted to make sure their brand identity didn’t look like one either. The hip, relaxed vibe of Austin is what comes through for members, so we made sure to emphasize ATX over HR visually. This is complemented with vibrant, welcoming colors and bold fonts.
Everyone has a place here. You will always be greeted with a smile and even if you don’t know anyone when you get here, you will know someone when you leave. We are your meaningful connection to the local HR community. We are your HR Friends.
We believe the path forward is paved together. Every program we offer, every relationship developed between our members, and every sponsor and presenter who supports our efforts allows us to grow the capabilities of Austin’s HR community and enhance the reputation of the profession we love.
